Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exclusions:

  • Discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order number, in your communication.
  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
